Located in a pine forest with the ocean at your doorstep. Easily accessible rocky shore with numerous tide pools and sandy beach. One tide pool large enough to swim in (about the size of three Olympic pools at high tide).
Your personal easily accessible sand beach and an easy walk to the only large fine sand beach in the area. One of Maine's most beautiful spots with gorgeous 180-degree unobstructed views of town, islands and approximately 50 square mile of open ocean,-- lobster boats and sail boats galore.
A more 'Maine' spot would be difficult to find.
